Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an expert, target oriented, energetic inside sales representative who will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.

Job Description: 
  • Generate, track and follow up on the leads
  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing technical information in a timely manner
  • Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process
  • Determine customer requirements
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects of the organization
  • Capture the accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
  • Present a professional image at all times to customers
Qualifications: 
  • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone sales personality skills
  • Should be expert in CRM software solutions
  • Previous experience of inside sales
  • Relevant training in Inside sales
  • Prominent organization and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly energetic and self-starter
  • Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities
  • Should be honest, assertive and systematic
